Return / Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our Return Policy is as follows:
- Returns: We accept returns within 5 days of your order delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in resellable condition and in the original packaging.
- Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After we have inspected your item, we will issue a refund either to the original form of payment or in store credit.* If you choose to receive a refund to the original form of payment, it will be subject to a 15% restocking / credit processing fee. Choosing store credit will waive the restocking fee.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Damaged items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve your issues.
- Exchanges: We offer exchanges within 5 days of your order delivery. An exchange is good for an item of equal or lesser value. Return shipping must be paid at your expense.
- Final Sale: Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
*Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns/exchanges at any time. A refund is contingent upon the item being returned in the same condition as we sent it.
